Happy Endings

~*~*~

I had sat this evening, reading my words,
Those I’d written when I was sunk.
They seemed lifeless; screaming of gloom-
Left blindfolded in a dark room.

I too wish to smile more often-
Beaming with joy, caring for none!
Wanting to run along the trail,
Of the field that leads to some Happy end..

But the happiness comes faster and stays longer when you DO care for others.

Ah, it’s the trail that’s more important than the ending, I find.
    Nicely done.

I see you sitting alone in the corner
    silent , sad and brooding
I wish I could kill those ideas
    that prevent you from smiling.

and then you push the dark clouds away
like pulling back the wild lock of hair
your smile shines through your soul
and blessings engraved all over here..

This is specially for you my dear ! Lovely pic btw :))

ah! don’t we most!!!!! Just read somewhere how life is all about the chase, the journey towards happiness….

I think I am learning to enjoy the journey despite how tricky the slopes may be. Awesome sentiment here my dear….xoxo

Very well written my friend and I think the advice in these words is one we all should follow. Put a smile on your face, have a positive attitude and project the love in your heart out into the world and good things will come back to you!

I love your pictures with the sparkles. I hate to feel dumb, but did you do that yourself, or is that just an effect you know?

As to your poem, I like the image of “Beaming with joy, caring for none.”
