Eating Right

Sprouts, fruits n cucumbers,
Violets, yellows n the ambers.
Sugarless coffees,
No more toffees;
I’ve been wanting to lose since November!

Why do all the good things (read: appealing to our taste buds) come expensive, are laborious to cook and sinfully calorieΒ laden?

    Really nice!
    I had been drinking Sugarless coffees for around three years now. Not that hard once you get used to it. Hope you would lose it soon.

    I just can’t quite make the unsweetened coffee. My compromise is fake sugar. Hmmm. Love the observations and humor here! Blessings on your sugarfree coffee journey.

      hehehehe..
      Since it was a short one- I thought to jazz it up with some colors! I have never given to gluttony yet, years of abuse (night shifts, not eating at proper time) has now spelled a doom. I am all set to give it a slack- huh!

    And you know what?! The “sugarless” in white makes it invisible…and THAT makes even more sense… heheheh…too “sweet”, girl!!
    Loved this!!

      Invisible “sugar- less” made it go sweet- lolssss

      That’s right, cutting down on carbs n sugar can make you slack- like I needed any reason to! I meant by my wits here.. πŸ˜€

      Thank you for appreciating- I hope my body too responds thankfully (fruitfully) to this altered life- style!

      Hugs xxx
