Vignette

It’s fair that I pretend,
Gaining time to implement;
Designs that I’ve sketched.

Mute I remain,
Leaving him in vain;
Redundant, as I move ahead!

Here I go again..

    It speaks volumes but then it’s also wonderful for its simplicity. Great writing!

    Great write – I should not have gone to see the new Pirates movie because contrary to the image choice, I totally see the words coming from the mouth of a buccaneer!

    Just read about your being bald on the other blog and now you summarize in this succinct poem the why–be yourself and be proud of it. And change your mind when or if you want to. Beauty within and with-out!

    Yes, sometimes we need to pretend in order to level the playing field. I also read part of your reminiscences. Amazing journey you have made my friend– keep going!

    yeah, leave him in vain, since you have to pretend … Be yourself dear, we love you just the way you are, sweet and always generous!

    So many times, many pretend but only to deny such pretence they are in; showing.. Love the upfront and truthful expression in here.. 🙂 Simply Lovely…

      Thank you Ting!

      At times, it’s important to act dumb.. it works in your favor! There’s no point making any announcement. Just do your thing! Apparently it’s your success that you want.. ignore the rest. The moment you achieve what you desire of; they automatically get avenged.. 😈
